Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Pie (no-bake)

Today I am going to show you how to make a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Pie! This pie is  so delicious, very rich, and easy to make.  The ingredients for this pie are: 1 prepared Oreo or Chocolate pie crust (or homemade) 1 cup chocolate fudge ice cream topping Reese's  Miniature Peanut Butter Cups (I bought a party sized bag and used about 1/2 of it) 3/4 cup (90g) smooth peanut butter 4 oz. cream cheese 1 cup (128g) powdered sugar 8 oz. container whipped cream Chocolate syrup I found this recipe  here. This is the pie crust I used: So first I heated the chocolate fudge up in the microwave for 30 seconds. I poured it in the bottom of the pie crust, and put a layer of Reese's Peanut Butter cups on top of it.  Looks yummy already! I then combined the peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1/2 of the whipped cream together. I mixed this all together, then added the rest of the whipped cream. I  then chopped up at least

Peanut Butter Blondie with Chocolate Frosting

Today, I am sharing a really easy blondie cake to make. It looks pretty, and it is very rich. I got my recipe from www.howtocakeit.com . There are a lot of really good recipes, on her website, so check that out. You can find the recipe for the blondies here  So the ingredients are flour, white sugar, butter, peanut butter, eggs brown sugar, and vanilla. For my frosting, I used Duncan Hines Chocolate Frosting.  You start out by melting the butter (the recipe says to do it over a small saucepan, but I used the microwave) and melt the butter. Once the butter is almost melted, then add your peanut butter. If you are doing this in the microwave, I melted the butter in 15-30 second intervals, and I didn't completely melt my butter. I added my peanut butter, then stirred it until it was all combined. Then I added my brown sugar, white sugar, and whisked it all together.  I then added my eggs. I was all out of vanilla, so I omitted that. After the eggs

Valentine's Day Cake

Happy New Year! Wow, it has been a long time since my last post, so sorry for the delay! The cake I made today was a funfetti cake, with homemade buttercream frosting. I dyed the buttercream using red food coloring and a little blue food coloring. To make the beautiful flowers I used Wilton Easy Blooms flower tip. I used the smaller size tips, because I didn't have a lot of buttercream. This is the buttercream recipe I used: 1 cup of butter 4 cups of powdered sugar 1 tbsp. vanilla 3-4 tbsp. milk I used medium consistency icing. The buttercream can't be too thick, because then the icing won't come out of the piping bag. The icing can't be too thin on the other hand because the flowers won't hold their shape. I just used one color buttercream, but you can do multiple colors of buttercream, which will make unique and pretty flowers. My cake pan is one of the Wilton heart pans. I don't know what size it is because it didn't say it on
